1. General
The following subscription terms and conditions apply to all subscriptions purchased from Autosource Group Digital A/S (here after “ASG-D”). When you (here after the “User”) purchase a subscription, you also agree to our terms and conditions, which you can find here.
2. Payment
Payment must be made in accordance with agreed payment terms. Subscriptions are paid in arrears. When submitting manual invoices, a fee of DKK 40.00 excl. VAT per invoice is reserved.
Upon exceeding the payment deadline, ASG-D is entitled to interest on the amount due from the due date with a default interest of 2% per commenced month. Interest accrued is due for immediate payment and is paid in advance of all other debts on current payments. In addition, if payment is not made on time, ASG-D reserves the right to suspend the provision of ongoing services, including interrupting access to services. If services have been interrupted, ASG-D may require an opening fee of DKK 200.00 excluding VAT for restoring services.
3. Changes to subscription
ASG-D reserves the right to change subscription prices with a notice of 30 days. However, price increases due to changes in consumption taxes, taxes or duties, as well as changing price conditions at data providers, may be implemented without prior notice.
If the User does not want to accept the price increases, the subscription can be cancelled with notice of the current month 30 days. Changes that can be made without prior notice do not give rise to a right of termination.
4. Delivery
The subscription period’s start time is the time for the first time system access is activated, and code and agreement are sent to the User via email.
5. Opsigelse og ophør
Abonnementsaftalen kan opsiges af begge parter med varsel på løbende måned + 30 dage. Opsigelse skal ske skriftligt via mail.
6. Fortrydelsesret
Du kan uden begrundelse fortryde den indgåede aftale inden for 14 dage. Fortrydelsesfristen udløber 14 dage efter den dag, du har modtaget adgang til vores system. Ønsker du at fortryde, skal du underrette os om, at du har fortrudt aftalen. Du kan fortryde den indgåede aftale ved skriftlig henvendelse via e-mail, inden fortrydelsesfristens udløb
